 - If you need to change the order details or delivery date, please notify us 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, the order changes will not be considered and the delivery will proceed as scheduled. Any losses caused by the customer's inability to sign for the package will be borne by the customer.

    Trim the stems: After receiving the flowers, please trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, about 2-3 centimeters long, to help with water absorption.

    Change the water daily: It is recommended to change the water in the vase once a day to keep it clean and prevent the growth of bacteria.

    Avoid direct sunlight and cold air: Place the vase in a cool, well-ventilated place to prevent the flowers from dehydrating or wilting due to high temperatures or cold winds.

    Remove underwater leaves: Before immersing the base of the flower in water, remove any leaves that will touch the water surface to prevent rotting.

    Add preservative: If a flower nutrient packet is included, dissolve it in water to effectively prolong the flowering period.

Here's why — and it’s important👇

🌼 How is a bouquet prepared?

1️⃣ You place an order → choose style, date, and color
2️⃣ We immediately begin planning:
  ✅ Order specific fresh flowers (some need to be pre-booked)
  ✅ Schedule florist's time for custom arrangement
  ✅ Assign delivery routes and driver timing
3️⃣ On the delivery day: we handcraft the bouquet fresh in the morning → deliver on time

🕐 The process is tightly scheduled and made just for you.
The bouquet can’t be resold or reused.

🚫 So what happens if you cancel last-minute?

❌ Flowers are already purchased – fresh, delicate & time-sensitive
❌ Florist’s schedule is set – last-minute changes cause disruption
❌ Delivery is planned – one change affects all routes
❌ Finished bouquets can’t be resold – they go to waste 💸

A cancellation = complete loss of material and labor

If you cancel your flight the day before, would the airline give a full refund? Probably not.

Delivery and Return Policy

We provide free delivery to New Territories, Kowloon, and Hong Kong Island for orders over 600. The delivery time is from 9 am to 6 pm (no specified time)

There is a $300 surcharge for outlying island deliveries.

Same-day orders placed after 12:00 or urgent deliveries will incur an additional fee of $200.

If the customer requests flowers to be delivered at a very specific time (such as 7pm), we will charge an additional fee of 150 yuan.

If the bouquet you received has any quality problems, such as damage or not in accordance with the order, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt and we will try our best to arrange a replacement. We generally do not accept returns unless there are obvious quality problems or wrong delivery of the bouquet itself. We hope you can understand and tolerate, and please provide proof of purchase and photos of the problematic bouquet so that we can provide you with the fastest processing solution.
